How to Install Redily

This is a guide on how to install Redily on your computer.

The supported platforms are Windows (7+), macOS (10.9+) and Linux (with FUSE installed)

Please make sure that you satisfy the minimum requirements before you attempt to install the software.

Minimum requirements & platform details

Processor CPU with SSE2 support, including Intel Pentium 4, Pentium M, Core or Atom, AMD Athlon 64 or later

Memory 2 GB

Screen Resolution 1366x768

Drive Space 300MB

For a smooth experience we recommend at least 4 GB of RAM

Windows (.exe file)

Requires Windows 7 or later

Download (64-bit)

Install Instructions

Double-click the downloaded executable file, and follow the installation instructions.

Redily will be installed in C:\Program Files\Redily, additional data will be stored in C:\Users\{User}\AppData\Roaming\redily.

macOS (.dmg file)

Requires Mac OS X 10.9+ (up to and including OS X El Capitan) / macOS Sierra or later


Install Instructions

Double click the downloaded DMG file and when prompted, drag and drop the Redily icon to your Applications folder.

Linux (.AppImage file)

Requires a Linux distribution with FUSE installed (many of the most popular ones come with it out-of-the-box), check this link for a guide on how to install FUSE.


Install Instructions

Double click the AppImage. You may need to make the file executable by running chmod u+x {DownloadLocation}Redily-{Version}.AppImage
